REPORTS TO THIS POSITION TITLE  Digital Marketing Specialist

PURPOSE

The Influencer & PR Coordinator will manage all relationships with Social Media Influencers and PR contacts associated Duncan’s craft brands.  The Influencer & PR Coordinator will work alongside Brand, Creative & the Digital Marketing team to acquire content for use on our branded websites, e-commerce platforms and social media channels.

POSITION ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING KEY RESULTS

       Identify up-and-coming influencers and maintain relationships with established influencers to support content / social strategies.

       Partner with influencers to generate content that aligns with our brand objectives.

       Prepare contracts that outline specific deliverables and negotiated costs.

       Process contracts and partner with Finance to ensure timely influencer payment.

       Work with Digital Marketing Specialist to manage influencer budget and quarterly reporting.

       Prepare & send influencer sample boxes and Ambassador Program kits to help build brand awareness.

       Monitor social posts and engage with our audiences and prospective influencers.

       Manage affiliate marketing program by reviewing applicants and ensuring they have branded assets to upload.

       Work with Television and Editorial contacts to supply products for feature placement.

  •        Partner with JoAnn and other retailers marketing teams to ensure they have assets needed to support joint-marketing ventures.

  •      All other duties as assigned in support of the future growth and success of Duncan Enterprises

       Attend Events & Tradeshows as required.

TALENT PROFILE

  •        Knowledge of and appreciation for the creative / DIY consumer

  •        Deep understanding of major & trending digital marketing channels & tools

  •        Experience with producing, publishing and marketing social media creative assets

  •        Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

  •        Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

  •        Must be an excellent problem solver.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  •        Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Marketing, Journalism, Communications

  •        Strong familiarity with business applications for social media platforms

  •        Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills

COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND/OR EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MACHINES

  •        Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

  •        Photo / Video Editing Apps (Boomerang, Over, etc…)

  •        Project Management Software

  •        Portfolio Digital Assets Management System

  •        FTP/Dropbox for file transfer
